Anthropic says that by default it will not use inputs or outputs from commercial products (e.g. Claude for Work, Anthropic API, Claude Gov) to train its models, but may use chats and coding sessions if you explicitly report feedback or bugs or otherwise allow it.

Meta is delaying the enforcement of new business terms until November 20th after publishers pushed back, fearing the language would allow the company to scrape news sites for AI training. Legal experts say the tweaked terms still contain language that could allow Meta to use content associated with its products and services for training.
