Dulo, a startup co-founded by Google veteran Sebastian Thrun to build foundation models for hardware design, has raised a $130 million seed round, according to a source.

Amazon has unveiled TorchNeuron, a new development tool aimed at breaking Nvidia's dominance over PyTorch, the widely used AI development framework. The tool is designed to enable more developers to run their AI applications on alternative chips, including Amazon's own custom silicon.
