Audi & SAIC -> JV Tech Entity (Spin-off)

Audi and Chinese automaker SAIC are forming a new joint venture tech entity. Core R&D teams from SAIC are being spun off into the new company. The aim is to accelerate localized innovation for electric vehicles while keeping sales within existing channels.
