味好美 (McCormick) / Unilever -> Unilever Food Business (excl. India assets)

Spice maker McCormick announced an agreement to merge with Unilever's food business, excluding certain assets like its India operations. The transaction is expected to be completed in 2027. Unilever and its shareholders are expected to hold 65% of the combined company.
