Emotional companion robotics startup 'Qingxin Yichuang' has closed a Pre-A funding round. The financing is led by Houxue Capital and Tianji Capital, with follow-on investment from Lepu Capital. The company develops small, bipedal companion robots using embodied AI and has achieved the world's first 'direct knee walking'. The funds will be used for product R&D and technology platform development.
