The head of Intel Foundry, Kevin O'Buckley, is leaving Intel after just two years to join Qualcomm. This marks a significant personnel move in the semiconductor sector, particularly in the foundry services space crucial for AI chips. Intel Foundry will now be headed by Naga Chandrasekaran.
