Meituan -> Dingdong

Chinese tech and delivery giant Meituan has signed an agreement to acquire fresh grocery e-commerce platform Dingdong. The deal is valued at approximately $717 million. The acquisition strengthens Meituan's position in China's competitive online grocery market.
